Meet Your Watts Team

    Josh Watts, REALTOR, CCIM Candidate, Previews           Specialist, Realtor of Distinction- Executive Circle 

An idilic day for Josh would be playing and listening to good music with friends and family on the waterways of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

His other passion, and means of earning a living, is real estate in Charleston. Whether buying and selling for his residential and commercial clients be sure he will talk your ear off about what is happening in the market yesterday, today and in the future. 

His goal is to make real estate uncomplicated for his clients and partners.

After gaining 5 years of sales experience in a variety of markets Josh plied his trade and became Managing Partner in local real estate firm, Sandlapper Real Estate Group. He specialized in residential properties, development and acquisitions, and investments.

He lives in Mount Pleasant with wife Amy, daughters Lydia and Vivian that have stolen his heart, and a menagerie of cats and dogs.

You can find Amy with friends and family in and around Charleston or playing on the beaches. Her favorite passion is to travel whenever time allows.

Amy enjoys being an important member of Your Watts Team and growing the business with her husband. With 10 years sales and management background in the pharmaceuticals industry she possesses valuable negotiation, sales and organizational skills. She has the drive and the no-nonsense approach to make it happen.

Amy also enjoys giving back to the community by supporting her favorite charities like MUSC Children's Hospital, Meals on Wheels, American Humane Society, and Sidewalk Chalk. If that isn't enough, she dedicates her time to St. Andrews Children's Ministries in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant.

  Holly Rhett Hayden-Hittinger
                        Client Care Specialist

Holly's passion is being active whether at work or during her free time. Free time is soon filled with jogging, yoga, pilates, aerobics, reading, beach and boat activity, or anything outdoors. 

  When she isn't doing her best to fill her free time she loves cooking and entertaining for friends and family that she feels blessed to have around her. On a typical day Holly, a native of Charleston, is helping clients with real estate transactions, marketing listings, facilitating closings, performing market research, and furthering her education through a degree in business administration.

 Her real estate roots are specific to development and new construction sales and administration and she is happy to be expand her career with Your Watts Team.

She shares her home in Mount Pleasant with husband Chris, their cat Snowbelle and English American bulldog Legare.
